翁祖铨，日本国立大阪大学医学博士，福州大学计算机与大数据学院教授，福建省“闽江学者”特聘教授，博士生导师。主要致力研究医疗大数据结合生物信息学，研究医疗大数据挖掘、药物相互作用、智能检测诊断及预测；主持或承担多项日本厚生劳动省，文部省，美国FDA的研究课题，中国国家自然基金，省部级重点课题，省自然科学基金，重大横向课题等，累积科研经费超过2200万。发表高水平文章62篇，合著科技专著3篇，申请国家发明专利11项，授权3项。多次受邀参加国际学术会议，发表第一作者会议论文11篇。
