个人简介:

周辉,男,讲师,分别于201820202025年获得哈尔滨工业大学学士、硕士、博士学位。202211月至202411月在国家留学基金委 (CSC) 资助下,赴韩国岭南大学电气工程系联合培养。2025年加入福州大学计算机与大数据学院。曾在IEEE TACIEEE TASENeural Networks等业内权威期刊发表多篇学术论文。研究方向包括:随机微分方程理论及应用、网络控制系统、微分方程稳定性理论。
