个人简介：

周辉，男，讲师，分别于2018、2020、2025年获得哈尔滨工业大学学士、硕士、博士学位。2022年11月至2024年11月在国家留学基金委 (CSC) 资助下，赴韩国岭南大学电气工程系联合培养。2025年加入福州大学计算机与大数据学院。曾在IEEE TAC、IEEE TASE、Neural Networks等业内权威期刊发表多篇学术论文。研究方向包括：随机微分方程理论及应用、网络控制系统、微分方程稳定性理论。
