陈哲毅,男,中共党员,博士,研究员,校聘教授,博士生导师。现任福州大学计算机与大数据学院软件工程系主任、福建省网络计算与智能信息处理重点实验室副主任,兼任CCF YOCSEF福州候任副主席。入选福建省“雏鹰计划”青年拔尖人才、福建省高层次人才(境外C类)、福州大学旗山学者(海外项目)。主要研究方向包括云/边缘计算、资源优化、深度学习、强化学习等。主持包括国家自然科学基金青年项目、中央引导地方科技发展资金项目、省级教育教学研究项目(重大项目)等在内的5项国家与省部级项目以及3项横向项目。以第一/通讯作者在IEEE TPDSIEEE INFOCOMIEEE TIIIEEE ComMagIEEE IOTJFGCSIEEE TCCIEEE ICC等国内外知名期刊与会议上发表论文30余篇(CCF-A期刊/会议和中科院1区期刊论文10余篇),ESI热点论文2篇、ESI高被引论文4篇,谷歌学术引用1000余次,h指数和i10指数分别为1415。以第一发明人申请/授权国家发明专利17项、国际专利14项,出版学术专著1部,发布团体标准1项。担任IEEE TPDSIEEE TMCIEEE TWCIEEE TNNLSCOMPJIEEE TIIIEEE TCCJGCCNIEEE/CAA JASTGCNIEEE HPCCIEEE ISPA等国际知名期刊与会议审稿人,担任CMC等期刊编委、Mathematics等期刊客座编辑。入选全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单(World’s Top 2% Scientists)、国际学术组织ScienceFather青年科学家奖(Young Scientist Award),获福建省科技进步一等奖1项、福建省计算机学会学术年会优秀论文一等奖2项、团省委暑期“三下乡”社会实践活动省级先进工作者、福建省青年五四奖章集体等荣誉。指导学生获研究生国家奖学金2人次、本科生科研训练计划(SRTP)国家级项目1项。
