郑相涵，挪威归国博士，研究员，博士生导师，中国网信优秀人才，福建省雏鹰青年拔尖人才，福建省创新创业领军人才。毕业于挪威Agder大学信息通信技术系（ICT），获信息通信技术硕士学位（2007.06），网络与系统安全博士学位（2011.03）；现任学院对外合作办主任，数字福建区块链工程实验室副主任，星网锐捷、顶点软件和招标股份等上市公司独立董事，兼任IEEE国际云计算学会理事。近年来主持国家级、省部级项目20项，参与制定国家标准1项，授权发明专利50余项，正式发表各类学术论文100余篇。郑相涵博士在区块链与大数据、信息安全、大模型与工业智能等领域提出系列创新性模型与技术方案，研究成果获福建省科技进步一等奖2项，二等奖3项。
