郭文忠,男,1979年生,福建惠安人,博士,博士后,教授,博士生导师,“百千万人才工程”国家级人选,国家有突出贡献中青年专家称号,享受国务院政府特殊津贴人员,福建省科技创新领军人才,CCF杰出会员,IEEE和ACM会员,2006年评为讲师,2010年破格晋升为副教授并担任硕士生导师,2013年破格晋升为教授并增列为博士生导师。现为福州大学科技处处长、福州大学人工智能研究院院长,福州大学计算机科学与技术学科带头人,计算机科学与技术一级学科博士点和电子信息工程博士点负责人,福建省“网络计算与网络内容分析”高校创新团队负责人,担任卫星空间信息技术综合应用国家地方联合工程研究中心副主任、海西政务大数据应用协同创新中心主任、教育部空间数据挖掘与信息共享重点实验室主任以及福建省大数据分析与处理工程研究中心主任,兼任中国自动化学会粒计算与多尺度分析专委会副主任和福建省计算机学会副理事长等。

2010年获福州大学先锋-科技创新党员示范岗荣誉称号,2010年所在的“先进计算及其应用”科技创新团队获福州大学先锋科技创新团队创建示范岗,作为指导老师多次指导本科生获福州大学优秀本科生毕业设计以及硕士生获福建省优秀硕士论文奖和福州大学优秀硕士论文奖,获福州大学数学与计算机科学学院2011年度、2012年度和2015年度优秀共产党员,2011年获福州大学学术新人奖,2012年获福州大学首届“杰出青年教师励志奖”,2012年入选福建省高校杰出青年科研人才培育计划,2013年入选福建省高等学校新世纪优秀人才支持计划,2014年入选福建省杰出青年科学基金,2014年获福州大学五四青年奖,2014年获福州大学首届“厦航奖教金”,2015年获福州大学第五届十佳青年教职工,2015年获福州市五四青年奖,2015年获福建省五四青年奖,2016年获第二届福州市青年科技奖,2017年获福建省青年科技奖,2017年获福州大学“阳光奖教金”,2017年获福建省杰出青年科学基金滚动支持计划,2018年入选第三批福建省科技创新领军人才计划,2018年获福建省运盛青年科技奖,2019年入选“百千万人才工程”国家级人选并被授予国家有突出贡献中青年专家称号,2020年获宝钢教育优秀教师奖,2020年入选“享受国务院政府特殊津贴人员”。

长期从事多媒体智能信息处理、网络计算与分析、数据挖掘等方面研究工作,主持包括国家科技部重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金区域联合重点项目、面上项目、海峡联合重点项目课题、福建省科技厅重大专项项目、福建省发改委产业技术联合创新项目、福建省杰青和杰青滚动项目等各类项目30多项,累计经费达到3000多万元,排名第一获福建省科技进步一等奖2项、三等奖1项和中国计算机学会科技进步杰出奖,以主要成员获福建省科技进步二等奖1项、三等奖2项和自然科学奖三等奖1项,获福建省高等教育教学成果奖特等奖和二等奖各1项,福州大学高等教育教学成果特等奖1次、一等奖2次,申请发明专利46件,授权23件,制定地方标准2项,获授权软件著作权16件,撰写学术专著2部,在国内外学术刊物和会议发表论文200多篇,其中IEEE/ACM系列论文48篇,CCF A类期刊、会议和一区论文40篇,《中国科学》、《计算机学报》、《软件学报》、《计算机研究与发展》等国内一类刊物10多篇。
