摘要：The equations of the three-dimensional compressible fluids with nonlinear constitutive equations are considered in a bounded domain. A solution to

the initial-boundary value problem is constructed through an approximation scheme and a weak convergence method. The existence of a global variational weak solution to the three-dimensional equations of a compressible non-Newtonian fluid with large data is established.

报告人介绍：郭真华，1970年10月生，湖北孝感人，现任西北大学数学学院院长,西北大学非线性科学研究中心副主任，《纯粹数学与应用数学》常务副主编。研究领域涉及非线性偏微分方程、流体力学方程、数学物理等，在本领域顶级期刊发表学术论文（SCI）50余篇，曾完成国家自然科学基金项目三项以及重点项目子项目一项，现主持国家自然科学基金重点项目和面上项目各一项。曾获得陕西省高等学校科学技术进步奖二等奖一项（2012年）以及陕西省科学技术进步奖二等奖一项（2014年）。主要学术兼职有：中国数学会理事，中国工业与应用数学学会理事，陕西省数学会常务理事，陕西省工业与应用数学会常务理事、副理事长，美国数学会评论员。
