报告摘要：我将介绍与林治武教授合作的关于欧拉-泊松方程描述的旋转气态星体的稳定性、不稳定性。在Rayleigh稳定条件下，我们证明了一族固定角速度的稳态解的拐点原理不成立，对于固定角动量分布的一族解的拐点原理成立。在Rayleigh不稳定条件下，我们证明了Rayleigh不稳定性。

报告人介绍：王钰聪，1992年生，王钰聪， 厦门大学博士。2013年获得全国数学建模高教社杯。博士期间曾访问佐治亚理工学院的林治武教授。

报告题目：Stability/Instability of rotating star

报告摘要：

 I will discuss some recent results with Zhiwu Lin on the stability/instability of rotating stars modeled by Euler-Poisson systems. Under Rayleigh stable assumptions on the equation of states, we proved the stability of the stars can't changed at extrema points of the total mass if we fixed the angular velocity of the stars. If we fixed the distribution of the angular momentum of the stars, turning point principle is true. Under Rayleigh unstable assumptions, we proved Rayleigh instability.
